TMO - Cash Management Transformation Architect
Responsibilities
- Understand CVP and help the project team promote those values through Partner’s prospecting activities
- Work collaboratively across Departments to raise awareness of partners, help secure client meetings for partner capabilities presentations, understand client gaps where partners may be a good fit, and identify opportunities to expand the program portfolio
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Connected Partners while developing strategies to increase revenue generated from the relationships
- Facilitate partner onboarding, including but not limited to: Data needs identification, data orders, and ongoing communication
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews to determine how the partner is succeeding, ensuring that our data is being used properly and the revenue share is being paid properly
- Identify and support new opportunities for efficiencies and best practices with the Partner Development team in Personal finance division
- Create Program Readout materials to effectively tell a successful performance story for our Programs
- Effectively communicate ACB‘s value proposition, tools and capabilities to our Partners and develop strategic solutions/proposals that meet project’ objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree required or higher
- Has at least 3 years of Commercial Banking experience developing partnerships or revenue streams
- Has solid experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking...
- Has proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
- Has deep knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Has solid communication, time management and planning skills
- Has solid strategic prospecting and new business development skills
- Has experience in developing relationships with internal and external parties
- Highly motivated self-starter and excellent team player
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high level of attention to detail
